The classes from last winter will resume on Saturday, April 11, 2026, and will continue on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. The spring 2026 trimester consists of 6 sessions, on the following dates:
In April: Saturday the 11th and Saturday the 25th
In May: Saturday the 9th and Saturday the 23rd
In June: Saturday the 13th and Saturday the 27th

The art therapy training program continues this spring 2026, with weekly classes from early April through mid-June. This third set of classes will complete Mme Grangaud's art therapy method.
The semester is scheduled to last 10 weeks, for a total of 20 classes. As in the previous trimester, there will be theory classes on Wednesdays followed by practice sessions on Fridays. Two important dates to note:
• April 8th and 10th: No classes (Easter)
• June 17th (Week 11): No class unless necessary (included with your registration)
Registration is for the entire term. Your registration also gives you access to recordings of the classes for review or deeper study.
In order to make these valuable teachings accessible to all, we have chosen to charge on the basis of a conscious contribution, based on your individual means, instead of the regular price of CA$15 per class. For anyone who has a credit on their file, please contact us and we can apply it to your next course registration.

Le monde de la couleur parle son propre langage, mais peut aussi nous parler. Utilisé au sein du développement personnel, la couleur se dévoile comme révélatrice de notre cheminement intérieur et peut nous transmettre les messages de l’âme.

« Le monde invisible »
Les dimanches 8 et 15 juin
Tout ce qui touche au monde invisible a grandi énormément en popularité ces derniers 20 ans. Mais est-ce que tout ce qui est invisible est angélique? De quoi ce monde invisible est constitué et qu’est-ce que nous y cherchons?

Eurythmie (lundi 19h)
« Les premiers pas 1 » (for beginners)

Du corps vers l’âme et l’Esprit, l’eurythmie est capable via le mouvement de lier la partie inférieure de l’homme à sa partie supérieure, pour y puiser force et inspiration.
• N.B. Il est nécessaire que les participants portent des vêtements confortables (pas amples) et des chaussures légères d’intérieur à semelle mince (ou bas antidérapants)
